Overview

Answers inbound calls or makes outbound calls to assist customers with enquiries, complaints, and orders, following scripts and logging interactions in the system. Operators are responsible for providing efficient and effective service, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, directly influencing customer satisfaction and retention. Efficiently resolves issues and processes requests, contributing to the organization's reputation and operational flow.

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails or chats regarding products, services, or account information.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and identify customer needs to clarify information.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
