Is this actually scientifically valid?

Yes. The Big Five (OCEAN) is the most rigorously tested personality model in academic psychology — it's what researchers use, not what self-help books invented. The RIASEC interest model (Holland Codes) has over 50 years of peer-reviewed research behind it and is used by career counsellors worldwide. These aren't pop-psychology frameworks. They're the real thing.

How long does it take?

The personality assessment is about 10–15 minutes. The interest profiler is another 5–10 minutes. You can do them separately or back to back. Your progress saves automatically so you can pause and come back.

Can I retake an assessment?

Your assessment is a snapshot of you right now — most people take it once and come back months or years later to see how they've grown. That said, life happens. Every account includes a free reset within 48 hours of completing an assessment, so if something goes wrong or you want a family member or friend to experience it too, you're covered. After that window, additional assessments are available to purchase individually.

How accurate are the results?

Our assessments use validated psychometric instruments with strong test-retest reliability. The Big Five and RIASEC models are backed by decades of peer-reviewed research. That said, results are a snapshot of your self-reported preferences at a point in time — they're a starting point for exploration, not a definitive label.

What are the Big Five personality traits?

The Big Five are: Openness (curiosity and creativity), Conscientiousness (organization and discipline), Extraversion (sociability and energy), Agreeableness (cooperation and empathy), and Emotional Stability (resilience and calm). Together, they provide a comprehensive picture of your personality.

What's in the extended personality report?

The extended report includes your full Big Five breakdown, blind spots analysis, team role insights, optimal work environment recommendations, career matches with fit scores, energy audit, and how you behave under pressure. Free reports show a summary; Pro unlocks all sections.
