Walk into every session
knowing your client.
The best sessions start with self-knowledge already in place. Traitstack gives your clients powerful insights through a 7-minute assessment and AI debrief. Your session starts with a client who knows how they're wired. Every hour goes further for it.

One link before the session.
Three things change.
Arrive at depth. Start with insight.
Send the link. Your client completes it in 7 minutes — you walk in with validated personality, interests, and 1,300+ career fits. A foundation no opening question builds.
Your client arrives primed.
After the assessment, Runo — Traitstack's AI debrief — walks them through what the data means. They arrive having already reflected. Your session starts with someone who knows how they're wired.
Every trait is a thread to pull.
How they show up under pressure. Where they stretch. What drains them. Each dimension gives your questions a real foundation — and takes the work somewhere conversation alone would take months to reach.
What you see before the session
You're reading their
operating system.
Not a personality label — a map of how this person is fundamentally wired. The profile opens specific doors before you've said a word:
Independent operator who may be under-selling themselves. Needs depth and quiet — not open offices and endless standups.
Challenges convention and needs autonomy. Often misread as difficult — usually the most honest voice in the room.
High-performer masking anxiety with output. The patterns that look like strength from the outside are often the ones most worth exploring.
Already using MBTI, DISC, or CliftonStrengths?
The data underneath the labels.
Type-based tools sort people into boxes. The Big Five measures how much of each trait — and that's where the real coaching questions live.

Traitstack isn't asking you to replace the tools you know. Start with the operating system. Build everything else on top.
Common questions.
How is the Big Five different from MBTI or DISC?
MBTI and DISC put people into types — INFJ, High-I — which forces continuous data into discrete boxes. Roughly half of MBTI users get a different type on retesting within 5 weeks. The Big Five measures five traits on continuous scales (not boxes), has strong test-retest reliability, and is the model peer-reviewed career research actually uses. It gives you specific, stable data — not a label your client may already know doesn't feel quite right.
My clients already have a personality type — why would I add another assessment?
Traitstack isn't asking clients to replace what they know — it layers underneath it. The Big Five gives you the nuance a type doesn't: how much of each trait, not just which box. Add the RIASEC interest map and 1,300+ career pathway matches and you have a richer framework for career and development conversations than any type system alone provides.
Does the Runo AI debrief reduce my role as a coach?
No — Runo deepens each client's self-understanding before you meet. They arrive having already worked through what the data means, which means your conversation starts from a place of genuine self-knowledge and goes further for it. Runo can't replace the coaching relationship, the challenge, or the follow-through — that's yours.
Is there a practitioner plan for coaches with multiple clients?
Yes. If you're running Traitstack across a roster of clients, get in touch — we have practitioner plans that make the economics work at scale. Individual assessments can also be purchased as-needed with no subscription required.
Does using Traitstack count toward ICF or EMCC CPD hours?
Traitstack itself isn't a training programme, so it doesn't generate CPD hours directly. However, the time you spend familiarising yourself with the Big Five and RIASEC models — and integrating them into your practice — may be claimable as self-directed CPD under your professional body's guidelines. Check your ICF or EMCC membership terms for specifics.
How do I introduce Traitstack to a new client?
Most coaches share the link before the first or second session with a brief framing: "Before we meet, I'd like you to complete a short assessment — takes about 7 minutes, no right answers. We'll use the results to structure our conversation." Clients who arrive having already seen their results tend to move more quickly to what matters.
Can I view all my clients' results in one place?
Individual reports are available for each client immediately after they complete the assessment. For practices managing multiple clients, we offer practitioner plans — get in touch to discuss options.

Try Traitstack yourself first — complete an assessment, read your own report, talk to Runo. Then decide if it belongs in your practice.
