Common questions
Does everyone need an account?
Each team member creates a free Traitstack account when they join via the invite link. It only takes a minute and means their individual report is saved and accessible anytime.
What if not everyone completes it?
The report includes whoever has completed — no blocking, no waiting. People who don't finish simply aren't in that version of the report. You need a minimum of 3 completions for the team report to generate.
How long does the assessment take?
About 5–7 minutes for the personality assessment. Most people find it engaging — it doesn't feel like a form.
Is the science legitimate?
Yes. Traitstack is built on the Big Five (OCEAN) personality model — the most rigorously validated framework in personality psychology, used in academic research for decades. Not MBTI.
