Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Traitstack platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — individual and organisational.

The service

Traitstack provides personality and interest assessments, career matching, and related tools. Results are for personal insight and career exploration purposes. They are not a substitute for professional career counselling, psychological evaluation, or medical advice.

Assessment results represent scores on validated psychological dimensions. They are not diagnoses and do not define what you can or cannot do.

Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others without their knowledge.
• One account per person for individual plans.

Payments and refunds

Pro plans are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all paid plans. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method.

Your content

Your assessment responses and results belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data. We use it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the platform to submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Traitstack platform, reports, career profiles, algorithms, and all associated content are owned by Traitstack. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute platform content without written permission.

Assessment frameworks (Big Five, RIASEC) are in the public domain. Our implementation, scoring, and presentation are proprietary.

Organisations

Organisation admins may invite members and view their assessment results within the organisation workspace. Members are notified of this access before joining. Admins must not share individual member results with third parties without consent.

Limitation of liability

Traitstack is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
