Ensures the efficient and safe movement of essential raw materials, supporting supply chains and production processes in industries like agriculture, mining, sand energy, which are vital for economic activity.

On the job

  • Operate and monitor control panels, computers, and remote devices to regulate the flow of materials through conveyor systems and processing equipment.
  • Inspect equipment regularly for malfunctions, wear, and safety hazards, performing minor repairs or reporting issues to maintenance personnel.
  • Clear blockages in chutes, conveyors, and hoppers to maintain continuous material flow and prevent downtime.
  • Coordinate with other plant personnel, such as maintenance technicians and supervisors, to ensure smooth and safe operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of material movement, equipment performance, and maintenance activities for record-keeping and compliance.
