On the job

Greet customers and assist them in selecting appropriate rental items based on their needs
Explain rental terms, conditions, and pricing, including insurance options and late fees
Process rental agreements, collect payments, and provide detailed instructions for equipment operation
Inspect returned items for damage, reconcile inventory, and schedule maintenance or cleaning
Manage rental reservations, maintain customer records, and handle inquiries or complaints
