Overview

Blends user research with visual and interaction design, crafting the look, feel, and flow of digital products from early concept sketches through to pixel-perfect deliverables. This role focuses on understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a seamless experience across various platforms.

Creates intuitive and engaging digital experiences that solve user problems, improve product adoption, and drive business value through thoughtful design.

On the job

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviours
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas
  • Design and iterate on user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for digital products, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Present design concepts and justify design decisions based on research, best practices, and business goals
