On the job
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviours
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas
- Design and iterate on user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for digital products, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Present design concepts and justify design decisions based on research, best practices, and business goals
