Overview

A Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team. They maintain and prioritise the product backlog, deciding what gets built next based on user needs, market analysis, and business value. This role involves writing clear user stories, clarifying requirements, and making critical trade-off decisions during each sprint to ensure the product aligns with strategic goals.

Ensures that development efforts are focused on delivering the most valuable features to users and the business, leading to increased customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and return on investment.
