- Define, monitor, and analyze key growth metrics across the user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).
- Identify opportunities for A/B tests and experiments to improve user engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Design and prioritize product features and improvements based on data insights, user research, and growth hypotheses.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement, launch, and measure growth initiatives.
- Communicate experiment results, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
