  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Design and evaluate safety systems, such as machine guarding, ventilation systems, and emergency response plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
