On the job
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, verify equipment, and brief passengers on safety procedures and emergency exits.
- Serve food, beverages, and attend to passenger needs, including special requests and medical assistance.
- Respond to in-flight emergencies, administer first aid, manage disruptive passengers, and ensure evacuation procedures are followed.
- Assist passengers with boarding, stowing carry-on luggage, and disembarking the aircraft.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete necessary flight documentation.
