Overview

Ensures passenger safety and comfort aboard commercial aircraft by conducting safety demonstrations, serving meals, and managing in-flight emergencies. Coordinates closely with the flight crew throughout each journey. Flight attendants are responsible for the well-being of passengers, adherence to strict safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ensures the safety and well-being of hundreds of passengers daily, contributing to a positive travel experience and maintaining the airline's reputation for service and reliability and compliance with aviation regulations.

On the job

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks, verify equipment, and brief passengers on safety procedures and emergency exits.
  • Serve food, beverages, and attend to passenger needs, including special requests and medical assistance.
  • Respond to in-flight emergencies, administer first aid, manage disruptive passengers, and ensure evacuation procedures are followed.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, stowing carry-on luggage, and disembarking the aircraft.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete necessary flight documentation.
