On the job

  • Document current state business processes using various mapping techniques (e.g., flowcharts, swimlane diagrams).
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to identify process bottlenecks, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and model future state processes, developing detailed process flows and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, validate designs, and gain consensus on proposed changes.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, including training, communication, and monitoring of post-implementation performance.
