On the job

  • Collect, wash, and polish glassware, ensuring a continuous supply for bartenders
  • Restock beer, wine, spirits, and other supplies from storage to bar fridges and shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar areas, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping
  • Change kegs and replace empty liquor bottles
  • Prepare garnishes and ice, ensuring they are fresh and readily available
