On the job
- Set up, operate, and maintain various additive manufacturing machines (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS).
- Select appropriate materials and optimise print parameters for specific applications and engineering requirements.
- Perform post-processing operations such as cleaning, curing, support removal, and surface finishing.
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure parts meet design specifications and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and process issues to maintain production efficiency.
