On the job

  • Conduct outreach to non-unionized workers and educate them on the benefits of union membership
  • Develop and implement organizing campaigns, including strategy, messaging, and action planning
  • Support union members through grievance procedures and workplace disputes, advocating on their behalf
  • Negotiate with employers on behalf of workers for improved contracts and conditions
  • Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and events to build solidarity and leadership among workers
