On the job
- Conduct outreach to non-unionized workers and educate them on the benefits of union membership

- Support union members through grievance procedures and workplace disputes, advocating on their behalf
- Negotiate with employers on behalf of workers for improved contracts and conditions
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and events to build solidarity and leadership among workers
