- Perform intricate manual machining operations, filing, lapping, and polishing to achieve specified finishes and micron-level accuracy.
- Inspect finished tools, dies, and molds using advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators) to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair existing tooling to optimize production efficiency and resolve quality issues.
