Overview

Database Architects design the logical and physical structure of databases, choosing storage engines, indexing strategies, and data models that scale. They are responsible for the overall architecture, performance, and security of an organization's data infrastructure. Working closely with developers, data scientists, and business analysts, they ensure data flows efficiently across the organisation, meets business requirements, and adheres to best practices for data management.
