Overview

Works one-on-one with students to develop study strategies, time management skills, and academic confidence. Helps learners set goals, overcome obstacles, and build the habits they need to succeed independently, fostering self-efficacy and improving academic performance.

Empowers students to take ownership of their learning, leading to improved academic performance, reduced stress, and greater retention in educational programs.

On the job

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess student needs and develop personalized academic plans
  • Teach effective study techniques, test-taking strategies, and organizational skills
