On the job

Conduct surveillance using CCTV and by patrolling sales floors to identify suspicious activity.
Approach and detain individuals suspected of theft in accordance with company policy and legal guidelines.
Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of all loss prevention activities.
Collaborate with store management and law enforcement on investigations and prosecution of offenders.
Educate store employees on loss prevention best practices and security awareness.
